Authorblog has set a challenge to answer the following question:
The question is: When did you last complain about the weather?
My answer:
I live in Britain. Complaining about the weather is a compulsory national pastime, enjoyed by all.
I last complained (I'm proud to say) about twenty minutes ago when I opened our front door and was blasted with a wave of heat. Glorious sunshine today and I'm still complaining!!

Bloody weather, it confuses me so much that I forget to complain about it! ;-)))
Thank you for your kind comment on my blog! I feel a bit blue right now, I mean, did the Austrians have to lose that way? They desperately needed a Beckham to kick the ball in the right direction!
Spent many summers in the UK as a sportswriter. One year at Wimbledon I grizzled about the heat. About an hour later, tropical downpour paralysed London.
From that point on, I was banned from discussing the weather!
That's the way to do it! We have also had a fantastic month lately - just 9mm of rain for a month!
But now the clouds are back
The rain will be back
The complaining will be back.
Some people are never happy! LOL!
We had glorious weather....as we always do when we go on a bike tour! LOL!
We're in winter here - gotta love that!
Good for you! Warm is redefining itself these days. God bless.

Short & to the point!
Its good to have something to talk about! Everyone can join in about the weather! What would we do without it?
I start complaining when I get up at 5:30 am...I complain when I go out into the gardens at 7 am...I generally bitch till noon then come in take a nap to cool off (it's been over 100 3 days this week) drink lots of iced tea before going back out into the afternoon sun about three...I know, I'm nuts!

Yeah we complain all the time - the answer is always the same "just wait a bit" - interesting piece on trisadeskawhatsit - if we nbelieved everything or waited for the right weather we'd end up doing nowt most of the time - had a nice day in Skipton yesterday despite the cool air and today we've a huge downpour that lasted 15 minutes then went - bound it rain rtomorrrow for the village fete.
cheers and hope your'e feeling a but better noo.
